Clan is a single platform for running business applications. Each application is built for an industry, and all of them share the same workflow automation, AI services, sign-in, audit trail and data security.
Can we run several hospitals, clinics or legal entities on one platform?
Yes. Clan is multi-tenant by design. Each entity keeps its own data, users and configuration, isolated from the others, while your group can report across all of them. Adding an entity does not mean another installation to maintain.
Which languages does Clan support?
The interface, documents and AI responses can run in the language each team works in, so staff in different regions share one workflow without switching language to do their job. Tell us the languages you need and we will confirm what is available today and what we would add for you.
Will it work with the systems we already use?
Yes. Clan connects to existing software — ERP, hospital and lab systems, CRM, payments and messaging — through one governed API gateway with standards-based connectors and webhooks. You can adopt Clan one process at a time and keep what already works.
How long does customisation really take?
Weeks, not months. Fields, forms, rules, approvals and whole workflows are configured rather than rebuilt, so a complex change is a configuration exercise instead of a development project. We will give you a dated plan for your specific processes before you commit to anything.
What support do we get once we are live?
